  • Hotel conference rates quoted are only available when booking through Spencer Travel.
  • Hotel rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for one guest (where stated) and complimentary WiFi.

All accommodation transactions will be made in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and include GST where applicable.
All flight bookings will be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • By submitting your travel registration form either online or by email, you are in acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Credit cards are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
  • The credit card validity must be greater than 10/25.
  • Cancellations of hotel bookings received on or after Tuesday, 19 August 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
  • Hotel rates are in NZD.
