ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL REQUESTS

 

Welcome! You are a few clicks away from completing your travel arrangements for the RCPA NZ ASM 2023 held in Tauranga from 22-24 September.

Please note the below: 

  • Hotel conference rates quoted are only available when booking through Spencer Travel.
  • Hotel rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for one guest (where stated) and complimentary WiFi.
  • Hotel rate offered is the total cost for entire stay requested.                                                    

 

Travel and Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

  • Submitting the travel registration form either online or by email constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Credit cards are required to guarantee the reservation at time of booking if you have opted to extend your stay either side of the conference dates.  
  • Cancelled hotel bookings received on or after Friday 18 August 2023 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Travel Insurance is recommended and can be arranged through Spencer Travel.

All accommodation transactions will be made in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and include GST where applicable.
All flight bookings will be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Trinity Wharf Tauranga

Trinity Wharf Tauranga is owned by a local family whose dream was to highlight the spectacular beauty and spirit of the Tauranga harbour and surrounds with this stunning over-water hotel. Built on three piers that stretch over the water’s edge, the hotel’s panoramic water views framed by floor to ceiling glass bring the tranquil elements of the outside world in. Marine life can often be seen cruising in the shallows surrounding the hotel, and you might even spot a seal or two sunning themselves on the private pontoon.
