A Non-Refundable Deposit of $600 is payable per person at the time of registration. The deposit will form part of the final payment. Full Balance Payment is due no later than 7th April 2016. Once Full Payment has been made, further cancellation charges will apply should you need to cancel. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and will cover cancellation costs should the reasons for cancellation be outside your control and not related to pre-existing conditions. Spencer Travel acts as an agent for all suppliers and whilst we will do all possible to ensure that the arrangements delivered are per expectations, we cannot be held responsible should a supplier deem it necessary to amend the services promised.
